How do I put it on?
Slide the sleeve over your foot and gently pull it into position. Centre the shaped knee area over your kneecap, then smooth the fabric so the edges lie flat.
There are no buckles, straps or adjustable settings. The fit should feel comfortably snug, not painfully tight.
Remove the sleeve if it causes pain, tingling or numbness.

These only arrived the day before yesterday but so far so good! I do find the top rolls over a bit so I have to straighten them sometimes but very comfortable.
