Find your fit in one measurement. Measure around your bare thigh 10 cm above the kneecap. Keep the tape level and close to the skin, without pulling it tight.

How do I put it on?
Slide the sleeve over your foot and gently pull it into position. Centre the shaped knee area over your kneecap, then smooth the fabric so the edges lie flat.
There are no buckles, straps or adjustable settings. The fit should feel comfortably snug, not painfully tight.
Remove the sleeve if it causes pain, tingling or numbness.

Good quality material, not thin. I chose the size exactly as it appeared in the table and it fits.
These only arrived the day before yesterday but so far so good! I do find the top rolls over a bit so I have to straighten them sometimes but very comfortable. Here's hoping they do the trick, I've had meniscus pain for the last two years and no amount of physio has helped. They keep my knees lovely and warm too! Thankyou.
